Valentine Gala Dinner Dance

Please join us for a family evening filled with appetizers, dinner, dessert, dancing and fun! There will be a NEW professional photographer on site this year, Imagine Portrait Studio of Clifton Park, a dance instructor to teach you how to dance like a star, as well as a raffle for a beautiful piece of jewelry generously donated by JK Bloom Jewelers of Troy.

Grandparents and other extended family including siblings not attending Saint Ambrose are welcome.

This is not a fundraiser and prices indicated reflect actual costs. Please return this reservation form wiht payment to your child's homeroom teacher no later than Friday, January 23, 2009. All reservations will be held on a first come first serve basis. Reservations received after January 23, 2009 or without payment can not be accepted.

No tickets will be issued, you will be asked to check in on the evening of the event. Checks may be made payable to St Ambrose HSA. All payment is required at time of reservation.
