Saint Ambrose School’s
  Valentine’s Day Themed “Gala Dinner
  120 Van Rensselaer Boulevard, Albany
   Friday, February 8th from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m.

 This fun filled family event will include a delicious dinner, a special DJ,  teaching those in attendance some “Dancing With the Stars” dance moves and a raffle for a lovely piece of jewelry!!! A professional photographer will also be present to take formal 8x10 photos, of your beautifully dressed family. Grandparents, siblings not attending Saint Ambrose and former graduates are also welcome.
 

This is not a fundraiser and the prices indicated below represent the actual cost of this event. We encourage you to submit your reservations to your homeroom teachers early. There will be a cut off when the maximum capacity of Wolferts Roost Country Club is reached.  All money is required in advance. Due to an exact count that must be submitted prior to the Gala, we will be unable to accommodate anyone that has not prepaid. As your reservations are received your name(s) will be placed on a master list that will be used for attendance purposes. There will be no tickets issued. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any reservations after February 1st due to our agreement with the country club. Please make note of this date.
 

Both the adult and child dinner selections below include a cheese and crudite appetizer, salad , coffee, tea and dessert. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
 

The entrees are as follows:  Chicken Piccata with Madeira lemon butter for $21.00; Baked Haddock with cracker crumbs for $21.00 and Sliced Sirloin of Beef with a red wine sauce for $25.00.
 

We have also provided a specially priced entrée for children only. This entrée will consist of penne pasta with red sauce for $10.00. Children may also choose from one of the adult dinner selections at the prices noted above.  Child sized portions are not available. For reservations please fill out the attached sheet and submit it with your money at your earliest convenience. Checks may be made payable to Saint Ambrose School  HSA .   We hope that you can join us for this wonderful evening!!!
