After Care Program - General Information:
The program consists of:

• Attendance 

• Snack  (cookies and milk)

• Playtime (outside - weather permitting)

• Homework
  The homework session will again be split into two groups:
     1st through 3rd grades will go to homework from 3:30-4:30;
     4th through 8th grades will go to homework from 4:00-5:00;
     Pre-K and Kindergarten will stay in the main care room.

The pickup time will be no later than 5:30 PM. Any parent not adhering to this time element will be charged a late fee -  (a dollar a minute). 

You can call the after school program at 698-9313 from 3pm to 5:30.

All fees are due on Monday morning before care is extended. The fee is $10.00 a day per child. On the Fridays that there is a half day and after-school care is offered, the fee will be $12.00 for that day. There will be no credit extended for absentee. If you find that you are consistently picking up your child(ren) up from Aftercare by 3:30-3:45, please contact us for an adjusted fee.

A family needing the after school program occasionally - must send a note to school requesting the service and the $10.00 (or $12.00) fee must accompany the request. This service should only be used for an emergency occasion.

This after school program is for children of a family where both parents are working and tuition is paid up to date.

The service will be available on all full days of school and most half-day sessions. No service is available during vacation. Only children registered in St. Ambrose School may participate in the program.

There will be sign out sheets in both homework rooms and the main care room. Your child needs to be signed out in the room they are in at the time - this means if you have more than one child and they are in separate rooms, they must be signed out separately. I know this can be troublesome but it is a security measure we must have.

Please fill out the form listing the adults who would be picking up your child. If for some reason your child is being picked up by someone not on the list, please send in a note that day and advise that adult they will be required to show identification.
