Uniform Regulations:

A neat and tidy appearance reflects a responsible and caring attitude, pride in ourselves and in our school.  We expect that children will be properly attired each day.

Kindergarten – Grade 5

Girls
K-3:         Uniform plaid jumper
4-5:          Uniform plaid skirt
K-5:         Blouse - white Peter Pan or pointed collar, long or short-sleeved
Tie - red criss-cross
Sweater - red, crew neck or cardigan, plain or with school logo
Socks - red or white socks, knee socks, tights
Shoes - dark color, leather preferred or Dock-sider, with rubber sole

From October 1 to April 30th, K-5 girls may wear navy dress slacks/skort (devoid of contrasting color stitching/decorations) with school blouse, tie and sweater.

Jewelry - tiny pierced earrings

Boys
Shirt – white dress shirt, long or short sleeves
Tie – nave or school plaid
Sweater – navy, v-neck pullover
Pants – navy (devoid of contrasting color stitching/decorations)
Belt – navy or black
Shoes - dark color leather preferred, solid black sneaker or dock-sider

Jewelry - NO EARRINGS

Hair - gentlemen’s cut (above collar); no tails, etc.

Elementary School Warm Weather Uniform (September, May, and June only)
In lieu of white dress shirt, a white monogrammed polo shirt, tucked inside their shorts may be worn.
In lieu of long pant, navy blue walking shorts/skorts may be worn.

***On days when there is early dismissal or roller skating party, students do not have to wear their uniform.  They may dress casually….but appropriately***

Gym Uniform/Grades K-5  - Uniforms may be purchased from Field and Teams.  Students may wear their gym uniform all day on Gym days.

Sweatpants - red sweatpants with Holy Spirit Logo down the side of the leg
Sweatshirt - red with Holy Spirit Logo
T-Shirt – white, plain or with school logo (uniform polo is acceptable)
Sneakers

Gym shorts may be worn in September and May & June only. 

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Girls

Kilt or Slacks - khaki
Belt - khaki
Blouse - light blue long or short sleeve oxford
Sweater - navy  v-neck sweater with Holy Spirit monogram
Shoes- dark color, leather preferred or docksider, or a white canvas shoe, no more than 1&1/2 inch heel Socks - plain blue knee socks

Jewelry – Only one pair of tiny pierced earrings. No necklaces.
No make-up is allowed.
No unnatural colors in hair.

Boys
Pants – khaki
Shirt - light blue oxford long or short sleeve, button collar
Tie – uniform striped tie
Belt – black or brown
Socks - navy socks
Sweater - navy blue v-neck sweater or sweater vest with Holy Spirit monogram
Shoes - black or brown, leather preferred or docksider or solid black sneaker

Hair – gentleman’s cut (above collar), no tails, no unnatural colors
No earrings or necklaces

Gym Uniform/Middle School- Uniforms may be purchased from Field and Teams.  Students may wear their gym uniform all day on Gym days. Shirts must be tucked in at all times.

Sneakers

Middle School Warm Weather Uniform (September, May, and June only)
In lieu of light blue dress shirt, a navy blue monogrammed polo shirt, tucked inside their shorts may be worn.
In lieu of long pant, khaki walking shorts/skorts may be worn.  

OUT-OF-UNIFORM DAYS – School appropriate attire.  For example: shirts must meet belt line; no revealing attire, no short shorts, tasteful t-shirt logos.

**Uniform closet - There is a uniform closet where used uniforms may be purchased at a significantly reduced cost.  Uniform donations are always welcome when your child out-grows his/her uniform and it remains in good condition.
